The second LSCU Quarterly Compliance call is coming up Thursday June 2. It will feature Chad D. Heckman a lawyer and partner with
Thrasher & Heckman, P.A., based in Tallahassee, FL. Heckman regularly speaks and writes on topics relating to creditor rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure law, and related litigation. He represents primarily corporate and credit union clients and devotes his practice to creditors' rights, bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, real property litigation, and the defense of consumer protection lawsuits filed against his credit union and corporate clients.
Heckman will be discussing "Collection Strategies to Avoid Pitfalls& Get Better Results."
