Linda Charity resigns from OFR

Late Wednesday afternoon the LSCU learned that Linda Charity, director of the Division of Financial Institutions for Florida's Office of Financial Regulation (OFR), has resigned from her position. No further details surrounding the resignation have been made available. Published reports have Robert Hayes, chief of the Bureau of Bank Regulation District I, to act as interim director of the Division of Financial Institutions, in addition to his current job responsibilities.

Linda was a great partner with the LSCU and will be missed. The League will keep you informed on any additional details as they become available.
