Social media: hype or effective marketing tactic?

The Filene Research Institute is conducting a project that will work to develop the first predictive model in which credit unions can estimate the impact of their social media marketing strategies. The results of the year-long research will produce a statistically tested way to predict changes in membership and products per member (or, member share) based on social media activities. More credit union responses make for better analysis. In return for your participation, Filene will provide you with the results of the research. Even if you are not using social media, you are invited to participate. The first step is joining the panel.
