Credit unions looking to purchase new computers can save big money with LEVERAGE, the League Service Corporation, and its ePurchasing blowout computer event. With the end of the year approaching, many credit unions are looking to buy new computers for 2013. Instead of sending out an RFP to your local computer vendor, take part in the ePurchasing Computer Blowout Event and save an average of 20 percent on your purchase. Credit unions need to RSVP to LEVERAGE by Sept. 14.
The beauty of ePurchasing is that no long-term contract is required and the needs of the participants don't have to match. Credit unions remain in charge of the whole process. They aren't required to go with the lowest bidder. If the credit union feels more comfortable with the second highest bidder, they have the option to go with that vendor.
