Booth space is sold on a first come, first served basis. Booth space is priced according to location and the date your payment is received. There are three levels of booth space available:
Level 1 Booth: $2,500ea
Level 2 Booth: $2,250ea
Level 3 Booth: $1,995ea

Group Room Rates at the Hotel
A maximum of two additional representatives may be added at a cost of $225 per person. A maximum of 4 representatives per booth are allowed. Booths must be manned at all times during Exhibit sessions. And, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time…this includes set-up, exhibit sessions, and dismantling. Additionally, the Exhibit Hall will be locked during non-Exhibit hours, so please be sure to take your personal belongings with you when you leave.
