About the Speaker Matt cut his credit union teeth at the $250 million Members Credit Union in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and has spent the past nine years learning from, creating, inspiring, and implementing credit union innovation. As the director of innovation at the Filene Research Institute, Matt guided the prestigious i³ program to create new products, services, processes, and business models for credit unions. In 2013 Matt co-founded 6th Story, a collection of top talent that helps organizations understand and improve the stories their products, people, and processes tell about them.
