Assistant Branch Manager - Bartram Branch

We are now seeking an Assistant Branch Manager at our Bartram Branch. At the direction of the Branch Manager, the assistant branch manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the branch including security and policy adherence, supervision, development, evaluation and discipline of direct reports. Monitors and motivates employee sales and production goals; holds staff accountable for established goals. Responsible for operational aspects of branch including security and policy adherence.
The Assistant Branch Manager must possess the following:
Financial institution experience of 2 years or more More than 2 years in management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of standard business applications in a Windows-based environment (i.e., MS Word, Excel). College Degree
