Senior Tellers - For Lakewood and Hodges Locations
Major Duties and Responsibilities : The Senior Teller is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the teller line. The Senior Teller will manage and provide direction to assure accurate and courteous services is provided for members. The Senior Teller is responsible for monitoring, motivating and holding staff accountable for established goals. Other duties include assisting with hiring and training of new employees, coaching and motivating the staff to work as an effective team, completing performance reviews, schedule staff members and ensuring that procedures for operation security, safety and all compliance regulations are being adhered to.
Requirements: Candidates must have an ability to disseminate and communicate new and/or revised policies and procedures. Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage time well and make decisions and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability work work within a group setting.
Experience: Minimum of two years of management and financial institution experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
