Primary responsibility for all market and member research. Works with business unit and marketing managers to provide them with a meaningful and actionable flow of data to assist with strategy development and decision-making. Responsible for coordinating research projects internally and with third party vendors. Creates and manages segmentation strategies, modeling and mapping applications. Provides lists for email, direct mail and outbound calling, as required.
Major Duties and Responsibilities : To manage the gathering and distribution of routine marketing data, including, MCIF. Coordinate data uploads to MCIF vendors and other key partners, assuring data integrity and security.
Support all marketing projects, events and activities to accomplish credit union goals and objectives. Included is development of pre approval lists internally or with third party vendors (e.g., Equifax) and management of required disclosures to members. Create and manage marketing lists assuring compliance with Do Not Solicit and CAN -SPAM regulations.
Work with third party vendor to produce and distribute MCIF and Touché Analyzer reports and prospect lists for Investment Services, Outbound Sales and branches. With the vendor, create a framework for research projects and analysis and manage those projects to completion, staying within deadlines and budget.
Manage the tracking and measuring of ROI for marketing campaigns.
Coordinate quantitative and qualitative research projects including focus groups, surveys, etc.
Education: A college degree in business, economics, statistics or related field.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of similar or related experience.
