Job Description:

Envision Credit Union, a 200+ million institution based in Tallahassee, Florida, is seeking a seasoned individual as their Chief Financial Officer. The CFO/SVP is a member of the senior management team and reports directly to the CEO.

The Chief Financial Officer must be able to identify and bring new ideas to the credit union while providing leadership and guidance in all financial aspects of the institution. The ideal candidate must have a forward thinking approach to the financial operations and will assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, new business opportunities and increasing efficiencies.

Best of class practices in asset/liability management and profitability/performance measurement experience are crucial to the increasing sophistication of this organization’s balance sheet management. Credible investment portfolio analytics, liquidity management, budget planning, risk management and pricing experience are required expertise.

Education/Experience Required:

Experience required includes an undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting,Master’s and/or CPA preferred.
Seven plus years in a management position within a financial institution.
Ability to work within a team based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to think independently, problem solve and make strategic decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
