Job Description:

This highly technical position will provide technical support for installing, configuring, and maintaining networks, computer hardware, servers, routers, and a CRM system (including report writing).

Education/Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Linux OS(basic services such as BIND, SAMBA, LDAP; Apache); Windows Server 2003/2008; VoIP (Cisco Callmanager/CUCM or other); Cisco PIX/ASA; SAN; VMWare; Exchange 2007/2010. A working knowledge of routing concepts and production server experience is essential. Certifications in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CCNA/CCNP, CCISP or A+/Security+ would be considered a bonus. Four-year college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is highly desirable.
