Event Cancellation Policies
Below are the refund policies for LSCU's conferences, workshops, Annual Convention & Exposition, and Development Conference. Cancellations must be received in writing for all events.
Conferences & Workshops
All cancellations must be received in writing five business days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are welcome.
Annual Convention & Exposition
All cancellations must be received in writing by June 1, 2012. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received prior to June 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2012. Substitutions are welcome.
Development Conference
All cancellations must be received in writing five business days prior to the event. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received prior to the five business day deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. Substitutions are welcome.
