- How to identify new business relationships when you first open member accounts or during periodic reviews;
- How to recognize opportunities and make successful sales recommendations in less time;
- How to handle general member questions and objections by using a mental cheat sheet of responses and solutions that result in added member comfort and acceptance to bring additional business to your credit union.
- Why members talking positively about your credit union can be just the kind of gossip and referral system you want to encourage.
- How your staff can learn to listen and act on common opportunities that provide the bulk of new business through in-branch contact, phone conversations and members referrals to others they know.
About the Speaker
Jeff Rendel, CSP, brings a wealth of education, knowledge and experience to the platform with experience as a federal regulator, financial executive and congressional lobbyist. He is president of Rising Above Enterprises and works with financial services’ providers that want an engaged and committed workforce.
Technical Requirements
During a Webinar session, you’ll view a real-time slide presentation on your PC while listening to the audio connection via telephone. All you need to participate in this event is:
- A minimum 56K Internet connection and a separate phone line for the audio connection;
- A newer version of Explorer or Netscape Web browser (version 5.5 or higher recommended); and 200 megahertz-minimum Pentium processor.
