LSCU-affiliated credit union executives, including:
- Human Resources Managers
- Education & Training Managers
- President/CEO/Managers
The HR/Training Councils dedicated to:
- Providing a forum for the exchange and discussion of ideas and best practices related to human resources, training and development;
- Providing information services and educational programs for the professional development of members;
- Presenting human resources, training and development professionals with tools needed to become leaders and decision makers in their organizations;
- Promoting the recognition of the HR/Training & Development profession as a vital management discipline within the credit union system.
The HR/Training & Development Council meets several times a year in different locations throughout Alabama and Florida. Topics and speakers are chosen based on the advice and input from an Advisory Committee made up of human resource and training professionals from member credit unions.
