Who can be a part of the Lending Council?
LSCU-affiliated credit union executives, including:
- Lending Managers
- President/CEO/Managers
The Lending Councils dedicated to:
- Providing a forum for the exchange and discussion of ideas and best practices related to lending;
- Providing information services and educational programs for the professional development of members;
- Presenting lending professionals with tools needed to become leaders and decision makers in their organizations;
- Promoting the recognition of the lending profession as a vital management discipline within the credit union system.
The Lending Council meets several times a year in different locations throughout Alabama and Florida. Topics and speakers are chosen based on the advice and input from an Advisory Committee made up of lending professionals from member credit unions.
