The Operations, Sales & Service Councils dedicated to:
- Providing a forum for the exchange and discussion of ideas and best practices related to operations, sales and service;
- Providing information services and educational programs for the professional development of members;
- Presenting operations, sales and service professionals with tools needed to become leaders and decision makers in their organizations;
- Promoting the recognition of the operations, sales and service profession as a vital management discipline within the credit union system.
The Operations, Sales & Service Council meets several times a year in different locations throughout Alabama and Florida. Topics and speakers are chosen based on the advice and input from an Advisory Committee made up of operations, sales, and service professionals from member credit unions.
