The Exhibit Hall Exchange Grand Hall Opening will take place Wednesday, November 7 from 4pm - 6:30pm. All conference participants will be able to network with exhibitors, enjoy the cash bar, hors d'oeuvres, and more.
On Thursday, November 8, a two-hour Exhibit Hall session from 3:30pm – 5:30pm will engage participants with beer and wine, and the opportunity for all conference participants to network with exhibiting companies. The Exhibit Hall will be dismantled immediately following the session. Be prepared to remove your booth equipment from 5:30pm – 7pm. Be sure to stay over on Thursday night and network with credit union staff during the Breakfast Buffet/Annual Business Meeting and Closing General Session.
Pricing
In order to keep the Leadership Development Conference an intimate networking event, we’re offering a limited number of booths. Booth space is sold on a first come, first served basis. There are two levels of booth space available.
- Level 1 Booth: $1,595ea
- Level 2 Booth: $1,395ea

*Companies who did not exhibit at the 2012 LSCU Annual Convention & Exposition will be charged $215 for the Essentials Package.
A maximum of two additional representatives may be added at a cost of $249 per person. A maximum of 4 representatives per booth are allowed. Booths must be manned at all times during Exhibit sessions. And, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time…this includes set-up, exhibit sessions, and dismantling. Additionally, the Exhibit Hall will be locked during non-Exhibit hours, so please be sure to take your personal belongings with you when you leave.
