| Martha Ninichuk became deputy director of the NCUA Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI) in 2012. Relocating from Michigan, Ninichuk is responsible for fostering credit union development and the effective delivery of financial services by small, low-income, and newly chartered credit unions. Within OSCUI, Ninichuk works to ensure the viability and successful operation of credit unions through training, technical assistance, loans, and grants. With over 25 years of credit union experience Ninichuk has provided credit union management, consulting and problem solving assistance to both US and international credit union systems. |

| LSCU Member Relations Specialist David LeNoir joined the League in 2008 and provides strategic and operational assistance to credit unions in Alabama and Florida. He has a broad range of experience in retail and mortgage banking, training and development, marketing, and sales. |
