The Exhibit Hall Exchange Grand Hall Opening will take place Wednesday, November 5. All conference participants will be able to network with exhibitors, enjoy the cash bar, hors d'oeuvres, and more.
On Thursday, November 6, exhibitors will have the opportunity to engage all conference participants by networking during Exhibit Hall hours. The Exhibit Hall will be dismantled immediately following the session. Be prepared to remove your booth equipment after the Exhibit Hall has closed. Be sure to stay over on Thursday night and network with credit union staff during the Breakfast Buffet/Annual Business Meeting and Closing General Session.
In order to keep the Southeast Leadership Development Conference an intimate networking event, we’re offering a limited number of booths. Booth space is sold on a first come, first served basis. Individual booth space is $1,695 per booth.

A maximum of two additional representatives may be added at a cost of $225 per person. A maximum of four representatives per booth are allowed. Booths must be manned at all times during Exhibit sessions. And, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time…this includes set-up, exhibit sessions, and dismantling. Additionally, the Exhibit Hall will be locked during non-exhibit hours, so please be sure to take your personal belongings with you when you leave.
