Mike Chenderlin is a senior portfolio consultant with CSCU. He has more than 25 years of experience in relationship management and 15 years of credit card experience. Currently, Mike consults with credit unions of various sizes on best practices to have top-performing card programs and successful issuer experiences.
Leah Work has been employed as business development manager of product and technology for CO-OP Financial Services since October 2004. She has more than 25 years experience in combined EFT, merchant processing, and financial institution services. She has worked in multiple aspects of financial services management including implementation, operations, compliance, product management, marketing, and network manager in the EFT industry, as well as financial institution branch management, lending, audit/compliance, and financial reporting.
