Small Asset Sized (SAS) CU Initiative Account
SAS credit unions ($50 million in assets or less) may apply a portion of their $500 SAS CU Initiative Account to the registration fee for this event or any LSCU or League Service Corporation product and/or service. As LSCU bills your credit union for the events/services used, your credit union can simply write on the invoice that it is to be paid out of your LSCU Small Credit Union Initiative Account. The League’s accounting staff will keep track of the expenditures from your account.
Tax Exempt Information
All credit unions traveling to League events are eligible to receive exemption from sales tax at the hotels at which they stay. However, in order to receive the exemption, you must have a Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption from your state. You must contact the hotel directly to fulfill the hotel’s requirements to receive exemption from sales tax. If you have any questions, contact Julianne Talley.
The Staff Accountant for SLDC Event is Phensiri Stone. All tax exemption forms will need to be sent to her for review. Please contact her at 251-990-6381.
All cancellations must be received in writing by October 24, 2016. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received prior to October 24, 2016. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 24, 2016. Substitutions are welcome.
