Directs the operations of a Credit Union Branch facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans.
•Monitors all branch activities to insure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures.
•Processes consumer loans and forwards to the Centralized Lending Department. Upon approval, completes all necessary documents and closes loan
•Directs, develops, motivates, hires and holds accountable branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions.
•Responsible for ensuring the Branch facility maintains a professional appearance both inside and outside. Improvements in the facility should be handled in a timely manner, with prior approval from supervisor. General maintenance and upkeep should be on-going.
•Initiate, foster and represent the branch in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups
Education: Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA)
