Role and Purpose:
Serves as a member of the Credit Union’s management team. Responsible for improving the Credit Union’s position within markets served; develops and implements programs and plans designed to bring in new members while also increasing revenue producing business from existing members. Closely monitors the Credit Union website and social media pages and makes updates as needed, consistent with applicable guidelines and policies. Establishes relationships and works with employers and organizations in the community to gain access to and promote the Credit Union to employee groups. Provides advice and assistance to the President and other members of management to improve Coosa Pines’ competitive position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience: A minimum of five years of related experience
Skills/Abilities: Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communications skills and computer skills, including include Microsoft Office. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential. Must have the ability to relate to, communicate with, and establish credibility with others inside and outside the organization.
