Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in directing all credit union operations, which include strategic planning, recommending and implementing new loan and service programs. Implement and update credit union procedures and policies and provide general administrative direction.
Provide coaching, training and direction to inform and monitor Branch Managers of position duties, responsibilities, performance standards and productivity goals.
Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Home Equity staff. Knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, from application to closing, including all state and federal rules and regulations
Assists the VP of Member Services in development and implementation of new and improved products and services.
Ensure that quality control is maintained on all products, services, policies and procedures.
Adherence to GCFCU policies and procedures as well as state and federal rules and regulations such as BSA, Reg CC, OFAC, TISA, Information Systems etc.
Coaches Branch Managers in the Port St. Lucie, Palms West, Belle Glade, and West Palm Beach Offices. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and performance of each branch. Responsibilities include: planning, assigning, and directing work; performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum 5 years in Sr. Management
Minimum 5 years Real Estate experience
Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in excel
Bilingual a plus
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or a minimum of 5 years in Sr. Management and a minimum of 5 years Real Estate experience.
