Conferences & Workshops enable credit union professionals to learn about the latest topics and trends from industry experts. LSCU’s expanded educational calendar addresses an array of topics including Lending, Collections, Bank Secrecy, IRAs, Trust Accounts, Marketing, Regulatory Compliance, Asset Liability Management, and more. Partnering with chapters on a regular basis allows us to bring educational offerings to you at the local level and enable more credit union staff access to training without the added cost associated with travel.

Webinars provide a flexible learning experience for credit union professionals who want the same quality training, but from their desk. Through the use of technology, LSCU is offering more training to credit unions via webinar and audio conferences. Additionally, through our cooperative partnership with the Credit Union National Association’s (CUNA) Center for Professional Development, LSCU credit unions have access to hundreds of online educational offerings.

LSCU Councils are designed to provide credit union professionals opportunities to network with their peers, discuss timely issues concerning their professions, share best practices, and hear from industry experts. The councils meet several times a year in multiple locations and are very successful for credit union executives.
