ServiStar Consulting and LSCU have partnered to offer Leadership College 2023. This research-based, academic-level curriculum has been customized exclusively for LSCU members. It will take new and emerging managers and transform them into confident, competent, high-performing leaders who will develop their leadership style, deploy core coaching skills, and maximize employee engagement and performance.

Each participant will build competencies and retain newly acquired skills through live training, in-person workshops, homework assignments, a capstone project/presentation, and more.

This unique training and experience will allow each participant to develop a network of peers from across the credit union movement and grow lifelong colleagues in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia.
